My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and full of character, especially our suite, which was quiet, romantic, and thoroughly relaxing. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so helpful and professional. The location was superb, with all the highlights of Palma just a stone's throw away. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. However, the Wi-Fi was not included, which was a slight downside.

On one hand, the courtyard-facing room was relaxing and comfortable, but on the other, it was quite noisy at times with damp smells and sound traveling easily.
